The Swedish Parentsmart Co model brings together a whole set of employer methods and tools for both implementing practical support and developing norms and attitudes concerning parenthood and work. It is about combining company guidlines/policy with continuos dialogues with internal role models.

4 concrete steps get you going, and help you know and show WHY.
Get started running the 4 steps making a difference, from NOW and WHY to HOW and SHOW. A mix of concrete workshops, train-the-trainer and coaching for leaders and ambassadors, tools for everyday use etc you will give you results from the first day.

We help you arrange a local lecture/dialogue workshop with a panel of local/internal role models, or a program for foreign companies that want to visit Swedish employers. You can also start with a Skype for Business meeting for distance consultation and coaching.

The handbook for managers and employees will soon be available in English, Japanese and Russian, for spreading the idea and experience further abroad. And to adapt the idea with local parentsmart role models and examples among companies, managers and employees in other countries.

The book is also possible to adapt for spreading internal examples and best practise in a global Company.
